Momentum Care
Now you’re a Momentum Caravan owner, there are some things you need to know to make owning your Momentum Caravan a more pleasurable experience.
Servicing my Momentum Caravan
Your Momentum Caravan has many moving pieces that require checking, adjusting, lubrication, and inspection on a regular basis, no different from a car or a boat. In fact, there are even more systems in a caravan than almost any other vehicle. It’s important to take care of these systems properly and by suitably qualified persons to ensure any potential problems are discovered and addressed at the earliest possible time to prevent unnecessary wear or failures.
Every Momentum Caravan comes with a minimum maintenance and service schedule designed to keep your Momentum Caravan running in tip-top condition for trouble-free holidays. Please consult your Owners Service & Warranty handbook for full details of the minimum maintenance requirements for your Momentum Caravan here.
Failure to service your Momentum Caravan in line with the minimum maintenance and service schedule may affect your ability to make a valid warranty claim.
Making a warranty claim
Your Momentum Caravan comes with a manufacturer's warranty, a structural warranty plus appliance and component warranties for selected components of your caravan. We know if you do have an issue, it can be frustrating to take care of, so we’ve developed this list to assist you with making a warranty claim.
For items manufactured by Momentum Caravans only, which include:
-
Walls
-
Floor
-
Roof
-
Cabinetry (excluding hardware)
-
Wiring (Not components such as lights, switches, etc)
-
